1 数据处理 在仪器分析中,必须处理大量的数据。数据处理是仪器分析中的最后一环。定量分析能否获得准确的分析结果,不但取决于操作者的质量意识,分析方法是否正确,设备是否良好,试验操作是否合理等因素,而且也和数据处理有关。为了保证数据具有较高的准确性和可靠性,必须对检测数据进行统计处理,以使数据达到分析所要求的标准。条件不同的分析仪器,对不同的分析样品有着不同的分析精度值。为了要达到测定的误差范围,就必须对分析数据进行评定、检验、取舍和校正。最后才能报告出科学的检测数据。
1 Data Processing In instrument analysis, a large amount of data must be processed. Data processing is the last step in instrument analysis. Quantitative analysis can obtain accurate analysis results, not only depends on the operator’s quality consciousness, analysis method is correct, whether the equipment is good, the test operation is reasonable and other factors, but also related to data processing. In order to ensure that the data has high accuracy and reliability, the test data must be statistically processed so that the data can meet the standards required for analysis. Analytical instruments with different conditions have different analytical accuracy values for different analytical samples. In order to reach the error range of the measurement, the analysis data must be evaluated, verified, rejected, and corrected. Finally, scientific test data can be reported.
