目的探讨中低位直肠癌手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2006年7月～2011年3月手术治疗的57例中低位直肠癌的临床资料。结果 57例中,临床治愈53例,术后发生切口感染6例,吻合口狭窄3例,吻合口漏2例;局部复发4例。2例发生排尿功能障碍,1例性功能障碍。无手术死亡病例。结论中低位直肠癌的手术治疗应根据病理分期和类型合理选择手术方式,保肛术已成为中低位直肠癌的主要术式。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of low and middle rectal cancer methods and efficacy. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from July 2006 to March 2011 57 cases of surgical treatment of low and medium rectal cancer clinical data. Results Among the 57 cases, 53 cases were clinically cured, 6 cases were incisional infection, 3 cases were anastomotic stenosis, 2 cases were anastomotic leakage and 4 cases were local recurrence. 2 cases of voiding dysfunction, 1 case of sexual dysfunction. No surgical deaths. Conclusion The surgical treatment of low or middle rectal cancer should be based on the pathological staging and type of reasonable choice of surgical approach, anal sphincter has become the main surgical method of low rectal cancer.
