按照《国家男生体质健康标准》在近几年组织男生体质测试过程中,发现高校男生的引体向上、掷实心球、握力体重指数均呈下降趋势。如何利用体育课有效地提高男生的上肢力量,改善男生臂力及综合素质能力成为体育教师需要解决的问题。笔者结合几年来的体质测试与体育课程教学实践,就如何尽快提高上肢力量,摸索出一些实用的手段和方法,旨在为提高高校男生的上肢力量提供参考。一、发展高校男生上肢力量的指导思想
