中青年演员成才之路坑坑坎坎,有时是荆棘满途。谁为铺路? 一个并非混迹于剧团的演员,想在客观许可的条件下,自觉地调整内在因素,努力拚搏,去获取最大的值。他希望有好的剧本、好的导演和好的合作者,他更希望有全素质的领导人:内行而无私,为党的事业忠心耿耿,深入剧团实际,必要时敢冒“大不韪”,而作出个人的某些牺牲。只有这样的领导者,才能发现好的剧本,才能提挈全军,才能默默地为中青年演员铺路。铺路,首先要求领导者看清路障。除非官僚主义者,你只要深入实际,就会看到路障几乎俯拾皆是(笔者无意危言耸听,给当今剧团抹黑),现择其要者,列举几端。
Young and middle-aged actor pit road crater, sometimes full of thorns. Who is paving the way? A performer who is not involved in a troupe wants to consciously adjust the internal factors and work hard to obtain the maximum value under objectively permitted conditions. He hoped that there would be a good script, a good director and a good collaborator. He even hoped that there would be a qualified leader who would be loyal and dedicated to the cause of the party, go deep into the actual situation of the troupe, and take the “big deal” if necessary. And make some personal sacrifices. Only such a leader, can find a good script, can raise the army, in order to silently pave the way for young actors. Paving, first of all requires leaders to see the roadblocks. Unless the bureaucrats, as long as you are practical, you will see the roadblocks almost everywhere (I do not intend to alarmist discredit the current theater group), now choose the most important, enumerating several ends.
