权力不是简单的实力,它是一种复杂的社会关系,因而考察美国权力地位走势,必须将其置于具体的世界政治关系当中。当前,美国权力的“第一张面孔”(“赢得冲突”)的经济基础相对于新兴大国正在缓慢衰落;美国权力的“第二张面孔”(“限制选择”)面临挑战,奥巴马政府正试图稳定甚至扩大这方面权力;在未来相当长一段时间,权力的“第三张面孔”即“塑造常态”仍将被美欧国家所垄断。
Power is not a simple power. It is a complicated social relationship. Therefore, when examining the trend of power status in the United States, it must be placed in the specific world political relations.
