双波长分光测定的新计算法是在双波长等吸收点法的基础上推导得出的。本文采用该方法，不经分离直接测定复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量，氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率分别为：１００．７１±０．４７％，ＣＶ＝０．４７％和９９．６５±０．２８％，ＣＶ＝０．２８％。
The new calculation method of dual-wavelength spectrometry is deduced on the basis of dual-wavelength isosbestic absorption point method. This method was used to directly determine the content of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in compound chloramphenicol tincture without separation. The average recoveries of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 100.71 ± 0.47%, CV = 0.47% and 99.65 ± 0.28%, CV = 0.28%.
