【目的】探讨组约稿的模式及质量管控对于提高科技期刊的学术质量和影响力具有极为重要的作用。【方法】在梳理已有科技期刊组约稿经验的基础上,结合《中国地理科学》(英文版)(Chinese Geographical Science)(简称CGS)的工作实践,对科技期刊的组约稿模式进行总结和质量管控进行源头控制。【结果】提出了科技期刊组约稿的四种模式:发挥编委的学术优势导向性组约稿;建立优质论文作者资料库定向性组约稿;跟踪学术会议专题性组约稿;通过网络和社交平台识别性组约稿。提出了组约稿质量管控的三种措施:精确定位,寻求合适的科研团队和作者进行组约稿;制度管控,严格按照稿件审查流程管理组约稿;加强合作,建立稿件作者与期刊的互利共赢模式。【结论】通过组约稿模式实践和质量管控,可以提高科技期刊的学术影响力。针对中国科技期刊组约稿国际化程度不高问题,进一步提出了发挥国际编委作用、实施走出去战略、加大联合组约稿力度、增加期刊国际显示度四项举措。
【Objective】 To explore the mode and quality control of group drafts is very important to improve the academic quality and influence of sci-tech periodicals. 【Method】 Based on the experience of the existing scientific and technical journals, and combining with the practice of “Chinese Geographical Science” (CGS), this paper summarizes the mode of writing journals of scientific journals And quality control of the source control. 【Result】 Four kinds of models were proposed for scientific and technical periodicals. They were: making full use of the editorial board’s guideline of academic superiority; establishing the orientation group of high-quality paper authors’ database; tracking thematic papers of academic conferences; And social platform recognition group of manuscripts. Put forward three kinds of measures of group quality control: precise positioning, seek suitable team and author for group writing; system management, strictly follow the manuscript review process management group draft; strengthen cooperation and establish mutual benefit between manuscript authors and periodicals Win-win mode. 【Conclusion】 Through the practice of group draft mode and quality control, the academic influence of sci-tech periodicals can be improved. In response to the issue of low internationalization of Chinese science and technology journals, the paper further proposed four measures: giving play to the role of international editorial board, implementing the strategy of going out, increasing the draft of the joint group and increasing the international display of journals.
