上海已经进入了老龄化城市,对于离退休老人的物质生活与精神生活已经得到了市级领导的关注。 为了丰富锦苑文明小区的文化生活并借此推动整个凉城地区的精神文明建设。虹口区凉城街道老龄委员会把锦苑文明小区及街道15个居委会老龄文艺爱好者组织起来和本街道水电路上的海军干休所离退休干部戏曲演唱队举行联欢活动。 联欢活动得到上海市总工会工人文化宫欢乐文华休闲村徐为建总经理的大力支持和协助。 15个居委会上报到街道的节目需过目。徐总经理听到这个消息主动让出了欢乐文华休闲村里的卡拉OK场所供街道老龄文艺爱好者进行彩排,并安排服务员给到场的老人免费供应茶水。参加彩排的葛珉同志激动地对徐总说:“现在是市场经济,跑到哪里都要花钱,你们为了丰富街道退休职工的文化生活,免费提供活动场所,又安排服务员免费为我们送茶,实在叫人感动。” 在力所能及的情况下,为老人们做点看来是很平常的小事,但它的意义却不一般,因此老人们深受感动。
