我接受很多媒体采访时都强调,珠江设计院黄捷设计团队在这个项目上是功不可没的。扎哈设计的建筑造型成就了包括设计院、施工方,甚至包括我们代建方等团队。但反过来,我们也成就了扎哈,扎哈在中国的设计,能在广州实现她的第一个大型作品,实在是不容易。我们要解决扎哈设计给出的独特造型所带来的各种困难:比如,在复杂形体上材料的拼接,如何解决内轮廓不规则的观众厅,还有我们今天看到的观众厅满天星的效果等等。
