OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of measuring volume of pulmonary nodules using automated volumetric analysis when reconstructed to different layer thicknesses for routine clinical CT scans, and to compare their accuracies to 1D and 2D measurements, respectively. Methods: Twenty - eight patients underwent routine CT scan with chest CT and abdominal augmentation scan. All the scanned images were reconstructed into 1mm, 3mm and 5mm thick layers, respectively. Using a new software Onco-Tre
