高校的党建工作是全国党建中的非常重要的组成部分,高校基层党支部是这项工作的具体体现,是党在全国高校中的根据地,而高职院校又是我国高等教育体系中的非常具有活力的组成部分,因此,高职院校基层党支部的建设工作具有非常重要的意义。但是,由于高职院校的一些特点,现阶段其党建工作尤其是基层党支部建设还存在一些问题。因此,本文将详细阐述高职院校基层党建工作的重要意义,分析其现阶段存在的问题,并提出加强和改进的方法与对策。
Party building in colleges and universities is a very important part of party building throughout the country. The grass-roots party branches in colleges and universities are a concrete manifestation of this work. They are the base areas for the party in colleges and universities in our country. Higher vocational colleges are also very much in our higher education system. Therefore, the construction work of grassroots party branches in higher vocational colleges is of great significance.
