In recent years, through the implementation of a series of measures including manufacturing licenses, material access, quality supervision, spot checks, and centralized procurement, CNPC has promoted the improvement of the quality of petroleum-specific pipe materials. The meeting fully affirmed it. Whether it was the leader’s speech or the suggestions made by the delegates, the word “enhanced” appeared frequently and reflected the “quality control of the oil pipe” from four aspects.
