本文采用自身对照方法,观察服用男性避孕药甲酸棉酚前后的男子外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变。结果提示,7例男子在服药前后其染色体断裂、间隙和多倍体细胞均没有明显的变化。
In this paper, self-control method was used to observe the chromosomal aberrations of the peripheral blood lymphocytes of male before and after taking the male contraceptive formic acid gossypol. The results suggest that 7 men before and after taking their chromosome breaks, gaps and polyploid cells did not change significantly.
