我国政府一贯高度重视保护未成年人的权益。根据《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》,生存权,发展权,保护权和参与权是未成年人享有的四项基本权利。作为一个特殊的社会群体,未成年人利益保护具有多样性和复杂性,因为特殊的历史文化背景和社会经济环境所影响。面对日益复杂的社会环境,在落实保护未成年人权利的过程中,还存在着法律保护制度不完善,未成年人的利益没有落实到位等多方面的问题。本文基于福利服务的视角,对我国未成年人权益保护进行深入的分析,通过分析兰考县袁厉害收养的七个未成年人火灾丧生事件,了解我国未成年人合法权益保护现有的问题,从福利服务的角度分析保护未成年人的合法权益策略,为我国未成年人合法权益保护事业作贡献。
Our government has always attached great importance to the protection of the rights and interests of minors. According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, the four basic rights enjoyed by minors are the rights to subsistence, development, protection and participation. As a special social group, the protection of the interests of minors is diverse and complex due to the special historical and cultural background and the socio-economic environment. Faced with the increasingly complex social environment, there are still many problems in the process of implementing the protection of the rights of minors, such as the imperfect legal protection system and the failure of the interests of minors to be implemented. Based on the perspective of welfare services, this paper analyzes the protection of the rights and interests of minors in our country deeply. By analyzing the death of seven minors adopted by Yuan Lok Yuan in Lankao County, this paper tries to understand the existing problems of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of minors in our country.
