湖南省南县明山公社立新大队地畔地,洞庭处湖势低。过去,这里不产棉不种麻,粮食产量也低。近年来,认真贯彻“以粮为纲,全面发展”的方针,深入开展“农业学大寨”的群众运动,夺取了粮、麻双丰收。1972年粮食总产量达153万斤,平均亩产910斤。664亩黄麻,平均亩产精麻280斤,还出现亩产500斤以上的高产典型,总产达18.6万斤,比1971年增加1.4倍。黄麻增产的主要经验是:
