胎儿性别预测不但在计划生育工作方面有重要意义,而且对伴性遗传疾病如血友病、肌营养不良等的预防也很必要。我们介绍30例需中止妊娠的、中期妊娠妇女的羊水细胞性染色质试验的点滴经验。
Fetal gender prediction is not only important in family planning work, but it is also necessary for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases such as hemophilia and muscular dystrophy. We present the experience of 30 patients with amniotic fluid cell chromatin from mid-term pregnant women who require termination of pregnancy.
