2005中国互联网大会已落下帷幕,惊讶于2005年中国互联网业的许多创新应用之余,又不免对互联网应用在不同人群间发展不平衡有些担忧。尤其是本刊参与推动“信息无障碍”工作(本刊设有专栏探讨该主题)之后,对互联网应用在不同人群中的反映有了进一步的考察。目前的应用、业务研发方向有几个方面值得关注。互联网应用注重知识层次较高的群体。互联网技术是高新技术发展的结果,一开始为知识层次较高的群体掌握是没有疑问的。但发展到今天,互联网已经渗透到社会生活的各个层次和角落,如果应用研发的方向还仅局限于这部分人,可能就有些失之偏颇了。注意应用的普及性、开发低端应用产品对提高全民的网络知识水平、计算机应用水平是必要的,这样才能真正进入信息社会,只有部分人掌握了互联网工具的社会不是完整的信息社会。互联网应用偏向收入较高群体。中国是一个经济发展极不平衡的国
2005 China Internet Conference has come to an end, surprised at many of the innovative applications of China’s Internet industry in 2005, but also inevitably have some concerns about the unbalanced development of Internet applications among different groups of people.
