本文提出了一个喷嘴尺寸、压力和流量对喷头射程影响的综合数学关系式,并对此关系式进行了评价,认为喷嘴射流动量是决定射程的重要因素。射程与动量的关系式可用一幂函数表示。这里用制造厂家产品样本里的数据和爱达荷州肯布里实验室的典型试验数据对该关系式进行了评价。该关系式可用于建立喷灌系统的计算机模型,以预测由地形和摩擦损失引起的压力变化对射程的影响。这一方法还可用于比较不同喷头、喷嘴的性能,并可确定喷嘴高度和喷射仰角对射程的影响。
This paper presents a comprehensive mathematical relationship between the nozzle size, pressure and flow on the nozzle range, and evaluates the relationship. It is considered that the nozzle jet momentum is an important factor to determine the range. The relationship between range and momentum can be expressed as a power function. The relationship was evaluated using data from the manufacturer’s product sample and typical test data from Kembri Laboratories, Idaho. This relationship can be used to establish a computerized model of the sprinkler system to predict the effect of pressure changes on range due to topographic and frictional losses. This method can also be used to compare the performance of different nozzles and nozzles and to determine the effect of nozzle height and jet elevation on range.
