无论是广播电视新闻节目还是其他节目,都需要采编人员不断地学习创新,绝非“熟练工”即可。然而,随着媒体生态的变化,不少地方广播电视台的一线采编人员,以“新闻民工”自居,心态浮躁,学习动能缺失,业务水准下滑明显。同时,台内各部门人员流动频繁,节目质量难以得到保证。针对这一现象,2015年以来,义乌市广播电视台抓住“岗位管理”关键,多策并施,激发各“岗位”员工的学习动能,并进而推动全台管理体制的彻底
Both radio and television news programs or other programs, require editors continue to learn innovation, not “skilled workers ” can be. However, with the change of the media ecology, many local front-line editorial staff of radio and TV stations have their own position as “news migrant workers ”. Their attitude is impetuous and their learning motivation is absent. Their business standards have obviously declined. In response to this phenomenon, since 2015, Yiwu Radio and Television Station has seized the key role of “post management” and implemented many strategies to stimulate the learning motivation of employees in various “posts” and further promote the complete management system of Taiwan
