采用透射电镜技术结合相分析试验结果研究了102钢620℃时效前后MC相的平均尺寸(d)及MC相的体积分数(Fv),代入λ=1/2(π/6)~(1/2)d/(Fv)~(1/2)得出MC相的颗粒间距(λ)。试验表明,钢的持久强度正比于参数d/λ~2。经测得钢在620℃时效5000小时前后的d分别为18,19nm,说明102钢在620℃下MC相仍相当稳定。文中根据Wagner粒子粗化动力学理论
The average size (d) of the MC phase and the volume fraction (MC) of the MC phase before and after aging at 620 ℃ were investigated by using transmission electron microscopy and phase analysis. The results were expressed as λ = 1/2 (π / 6) 2) d / (Fv) ~ (1/2) The particle spacing (λ) of the MC phase is obtained.
