分析了21世纪以来,中国能源生产、消费、结构的总体情况,结合国家有关部门近年来发布的相关政策、法规、规划,着重分析了一次能源生产总量、消费总量、人均消费水平,电力装机规模等指标在“十一五”期间取得的成就,及“十二五”的发展规划;从储量、生产、消费、进出口等方面出发,分别分析了三大化石能源煤炭、石油、天然气的相关市场数据、产业发展指导原则及“十二五”规划。
