1975年9月～1990年9月，手术加放射治疗小脑星形细胞瘤38例。随访5～20年。全切除术加放射组的5、10和15年生存率分别为77．8％、83．3％和71．4％，次全切除术加放射组分别为66．7％、55．6％和60％（P＞0．05），部分切除术（多为脑干受侵者）加放射组均为100％。表明术后放疗在小脑星形细胞瘤的治疗中有一定价值。
From September 1975 to September 1990, 38 cases of cerebellar astrocytoma were treated with surgery and radiotherapy. Follow-up 5 to 20 years. The 5, 10 and 15-year survival rates of total resection and radiotherapy were 77.8%, 83.3% and 71.4%, respectively. The total resection and radiotherapy group were 66.7% and 55.6% And 60% (P> 0.05). The partial resection (mostly brainstem invaders) plus radiation group was 100%. Show that postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of cerebellar astrocytoma has some value.
