目的查明引起本次食物中毒的原因,有针对性地采取有效措施。方法对午餐人员及相关事故人员以及现场卫生情况等进行调查,同时采集可疑中毒样品进行分析鉴定。结果对19名工人进行个案问卷调查发现,未进食野生蘑菇的工人无发病。进食野生蘑菇量多、喝白酒的工人,症状较重。通过临床症状、体征,流行病学调查、实验室检查调查的结果进行分析。结论此次为食用野生蘑菇引起的食物中毒。“,”Objective In order to find out the cause of this food poisoning accident, so as to take effective treatment measures. Methods Investigation of the incident related persons and survey the scene, while collecting samples for analysis and identification of suspected poisoning. Results Nineteen workers were surveyed. Workers did not eat wild mushrooms were not poisoned. The workers showed severe symptoms whom eating larger amount of wild mushrooms and drink liquor at same time. Investigation and analysis this accident through the clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory examination results of epidemiological survey. Conclusion This food poisoning accident was caused by eating wild mushrooms.
