一年來,我們在市委的統一方针領導下,在上級團委的業務指導下,曾作了若干工作,而且獲得了成績。試以重慶解放到今年‘五四’爲一階段來看,當時我們的工作方針是:‘在市委接管好重慶的總方針下,動員廣大青年協助接管,展開宣傳教育,迅速復工復課,建立革命秩序,並圍繞接管工作這一中心任務,在各種運動中從事革命知識的學習,把工作與學習結合起來……’。工作步驟是首先集中大部力量,開展學生工作,以一部份力量進行青工工作,到一定時期把工作重點轉移到青工工作上去。
