当前在改革开放后三十五年的今天,改革已步入攻坚期和深水区之时,认真学习《工会法》学习党在“十八届三中全会”以来制定的各项方针和政策;是工会工作者的首要任务,面对新的形势和任务,怎样提高工会工作质量,激发起全国广大职工群众的工作动力,是我们应该探索思考的问题,这要求我们每一名工会干部要熟练地掌握和运用好《工会法》直接为生产企业和职工群众服务,同时还要密切关注国家经济运行总体状况,为企业的生存发展献言献策,成为企业改革攻艰的传手,同时还要学习经济学方面的知识,结合经济学家们提出的相关论点。探讨研究中国企业的现状和中国工人阶级的现状,使工会的工作接企业的地气,把工会工作干的有声有色,不再会被边缘化,而是为支持党和国家在走中国特色的社会主义道路上,攻艰克难实现中国梦做出更大贡献。
