本文通过对辽宁渔业经济发展现状的分析,从五个方面阐述优化我省渔业经济功能的研究对策。首先是以科学发展观为指导,优化辽宁渔业经济区域分工,形成生产力合理布局;其次是规范渔业产业化和协调发展;第三是提升第一产业,加快发展第二产业,拓展第三产业;第四是引进和应用高新技术成果及其科技成果转化;第五是打造名牌,提升产品的档次与质量,实现辽宁渔业经济功能优化发展。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of fishery economy development in Liaoning Province, this article elaborates the research methods to optimize the fishery economic function in our province from five aspects. The first is to guide the scientific concept of development, optimize the regional division of labor in Liaoning fishery economy, the formation of rational distribution of productive forces; followed by the standardization of fisheries industrialization and coordinated development; the third is to upgrade the primary industry, accelerate the development of the secondary industry and expand the tertiary industry; The fourth is the introduction and application of high-tech achievements and transformation of scientific and technological achievements; the fifth is to create a brand name, improve product quality and quality, and optimize the economic development of fisheries in Liaoning.
