西海固地区的某些中学领导,在处理学生升留级的问题上,常常遇到不少麻烦事。有些明明已达到或超过了《宁夏回族自治区全日制中学学生学籍管理暂行规定》(以下简称《规定》)关于升留级一项中的留级线,可是家长就是要找上门来,举出一些不成理由的“理由”,例如学生年龄已比较大了呀!这次没考好,不能怪娃娃,全怪我们家里给拉了后腿呀!考前孩子得了神经衰弱症、头痛得不行了呀!等等,要求学校允许其孩子升级。与此相反,有些应该升级的个别学生家长也来厮磨,说什么我家孩子年龄太小,全家只有这么一根独苗,让他把基础打得更扎实些,
