目的建立一种基于核磁共振技术~1H-NMR指纹图谱结合化学模式识别的大花红景天和长鞭红景天的鉴别方法。方法以~1H-NMR技术测定大花红景天和长鞭红景天的特征性全成分信息,并转化成数据矩阵,采用化学模式识别方法中的主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)法进行模式识别分析。结果基于核磁共振技术~1H-NMR指纹图谱-化学模式识别方法能有效地分类与鉴别大花红景天和长鞭红景天。结论~1H-NMR指纹图谱-化学模式识别方法是一种有效的红景天分类与鉴别方法,为红景天属药用植物的质量控制和品质评价奠定基础。
Objective To establish a method for identifying Rhodiola sachalinensis and Rhodiola sachalinensis based on 1H-NMR fingerprinting and chemical pattern recognition (NMR). Methods The whole characteristic information of Rhodiola sachalinensis and Rhodiola sachalinensis was determined by ~ 1H-NMR technique and converted into data matrix. The principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares method- Discriminant Analysis (PLS-DA) method for pattern recognition analysis. Results 1H NMR fingerprinting and chemical pattern recognition based on 1H NMR could effectively classify and identify Rhodiola sachalinensis and Rhodiola sachalinensis. Conclusion ~ 1H-NMR fingerprinting-chemical pattern recognition is an effective method for the classification and identification of Rhodiola rosea, which lays the foundation for the quality control and quality evaluation of Rhodiola rosea medicinal plants.
