脐尿管癌是一种罕见的泌尿系肿瘤，国内外文献自１９１２年至今报告不足２００例，其临床缺乏特异性，ＣＴ检查价值较大，笔者最近发现１例，现报告如下：１ 临床资料男性，２７岁，下腹不适半年余，以膀胱充盈时较明显，体检未见阳性体征。静脉肾盂造影及膀胱镜检查未见异常
Umbilical ureter cancer is a rare urinary system tumor. Domestic and foreign literatures have reported less than 200 cases since 1912. Their clinical deficiencies are specific. The value of CT examination is relatively large. I recently found 1 case. The current report is as follows: 1 Clinical data Male, 27 years old, suffered discomfort in the lower abdomen for more than half a year, and it was evident when the bladder was filling. No positive signs were found on the physical examination. Intravenous pyelography and cystoscopy showed no abnormalities
