Yueyang Paper installed a tissue line in Uganda through a joint venture established in East African countries. Earlier this year, the company formed Yueyang Paper International Uganda with a group of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs set up in Uganda. Yueyang Paper holds a 50% stake in the joint venture and the Industrialist Group holds the remaining shares.
