空冷器是压气站的重要工艺设备之一,具有保护输气管道安全,提高输气效率的功能。常用的空冷器设置方案有集中后空冷方案和单机后空冷方案,但对于输气管道压气站场,选择何种方案设置空冷器,在以往的设计文件中鲜有提及。比较了国内外相关标准规范对两种空冷器设置方案的规定,分析了两种空冷器设置方案的影响因素。以中俄东线输气管道为例,对两种空冷器的设置方案进行了定性和定量分析,通过经济比选可知,单机后空冷方案略优,且控制更为灵活,确定中俄管道采用单机后空冷的设置方案。最后对空冷器设置方案提出了建议,以供相关设计人员、运行单位参考。
Air cooler is one of the important process equipment of the compressor station, which has the functions of protecting the safety of the gas transmission pipeline and improving the gas transmission efficiency. Commonly used air-cooled set of programs have focused on the air-cooled program and stand-alone after the air-cooled program, but for the gas pipeline station, choose what kind of program to set the air cooler in the previous design files rarely mentioned. The provisions of two kinds of air coolers setting schemes are compared with the relevant standards at home and abroad, and the influencing factors of the two air coolers setting schemes are analyzed. Taking the gas pipeline in China and Russia as an example, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the two kinds of air-coolers is made. Through economical comparison and selection, we can see that the single-stage air-cooling scheme is slightly superior and the control is more flexible. Stand-alone air-cooled setting program. Finally, the proposal of the air cooler setting scheme is put forward for the reference of relevant designers and operators.
