目的探讨剖宫产并发症的治疗及预防方法。方法收集近几年80例剖宫产患者的临床资料,分析剖宫产的各种并发症及发生原因,并提出避免方法。结果80例剖宫产病例中产后出血20例,其中大出血1例;心功能不全4例,其中心力衰竭1例;肠管、膀胱、输尿管损伤各1例;胎儿损伤1例;腹壁切口愈合不良8例;新生儿湿肺3例。结论剖宫产应严格掌握适应证,避免并发症的发生,并努力降低剖宫产率,提倡自然分娩。
Objective To investigate the treatment and prevention of cesarean section complications. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of cesarean section collected in recent years were collected. Various complication and causes of cesarean section were analyzed and the method of avoiding them was proposed. Results 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in case of cesarean section in 20 cases, of which 1 case of hemorrhage; heart failure in 4 cases, including heart failure in 1 case; intestinal, bladder and ureter injury in 1 case; fetal injury in 1 case; abdominal incision poor healing 8 Cases; newborn wet lung in 3 cases. Conclusion Cesarean section should be strictly controlled indications to avoid the occurrence of complications, and efforts to reduce the rate of cesarean section to promote natural childbirth.
