泰戈尔说:休息之于工作,就像眼睑之于眼睛,然而在现实生活中,不少劳动者处于超时工作状态,节假日更成了一些企业让员工加班加点的“黄金机会”。不休年假、无法休年假,甚至没有年假……休假权,在一些用人单位有意无意地被束之高阁。伴随中国内地长假制度走过第八个年头,专家们呼吁用人单位重视建立和谐的劳动关系,充分体现职工休假权,并让“休假权”这一法律意识深入人心、落到实处。
