目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定洁阴舒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:用Hypersil C18(4．6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) 色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0．033 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(40:60,含0．5％三乙胺,磷酸调PH 3．1),流速1．0 ml·min-1;检测波长345 nm,柱温25℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．17-0．85μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1．000 0,平均加样回收率为 97．6％,RSD=0．4％(n=5)。结论:方法操作简单,快速。可作为测定本制剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Jieyinshu lotion by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: On a Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.033 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (40:60, 0.5% triethylamine, Phosphoric acid adjusted pH 3.1), flow rate 1.0 ml·min-1; detection wavelength 345 nm, column temperature 25°C. Results: The berberine hydrochloride injection volume was between 0.17-0.85 μg, which showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. r=1.000 0. The average recovery was 97.6%. RSD was 0. .4% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and fast. It can be used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in the preparation.
