通过在钢中外加Ce2O3微粒的方法,研究Ce2O3微粒对钢材夹杂物和晶粒度的影响。结果表明,Ce2O3粒度不大于1.13μm时,钢中夹杂物含量不会增加,粒度大于2.34μm时夹杂物含量会明显增加。外加Ce2O3微粒可以和钢中硫化物夹杂和脱氧产物结合,起到加稀土合金的部分作用。Ce2O3微粒可以细化铸态晶粒的粒度,晶粒平均尺寸由180μm降低到90~75μm;也可显著降低轧态组织的晶粒度,使晶粒度由6.5级降低到11级。当添加Ce2O3微粒粒度为1.13μm,加入量为金属量的0.5%时,可以取得最好的经济技术指标。
The effect of Ce2O3 particles on inclusions and grain size of steel was studied by adding Ce2O3 particles in the steel. The results show that when the particle size of Ce2O3 is not more than 1.13μm, the content of inclusions in steel will not increase, and the content of inclusions will increase obviously when the particle size is larger than 2.34μm. In addition, Ce2O3 particles can be combined with sulfide inclusions and deoxidation products in steel to play the role of adding rare earth alloy. Ce2O3 particles can refine the grain size of as-cast grains, and the average grain size decreases from 180μm to 90 ~ 75μm. The grain size of the as-cast structure can also be significantly reduced and the grain size reduced from 6.5 to 11. When adding Ce2O3 particle size of 1.13μm, adding the amount of 0.5% of the amount of metal, you can get the best economic and technical indicators.
