采用硝基四唑氮蓝还原法 ( NBT还原法 )及 ELISA法测定 55例脑梗塞 ( CI)及 30例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 ( NIDDM)合并 CI病人的血清糖化低密度脂蛋白 ( Gly LDL )及血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 ( OXLDL)水平 ,并与 59例正常对照组比较。结果 CI组及 NIDDM合并 CI组 Gly LDL及 OXLDL较正常对照组增高 ( P<0 .0 0 1~ 0 .0 1) ;NIDDM合并 CI组增高更明显 ( P<0 .0 1) ,并且 Gly L DL与 OXLDL呈正相关。提示 Gly LDL和 OXL DL参与了 CI的发生发展 ,糖代谢紊乱加重了这一危险性
55 cases of cerebral infarction (CI) and 30 cases of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) with CI were enrolled in this study. Serum glycosylated low density lipoprotein (Gly LDL) was measured by nitroblue tetrazolium nitrogen blue reduction (NBT reduction) And plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein (OXLDL) levels were compared with 59 normal controls. Results The levels of Gly LDL and OXLDL in CI group and NIDDM combined with CI group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01 01), and increased significantly in NIDDM combined CI group (P <0.01) L DL was positively correlated with OXLDL. Prompt Gly LDL and OXL DL involved in the occurrence and development of CI, glucose metabolism disorders exacerbate this risk
