本文介绍了业已基本定型的美军指令、控制、通信和情报(C~3I)系统的研制和发展概况。结合现代战争的特点,讨论了战术C~3I系统在现代战争中的地位,作用和意义。以空军C~3I为例,介绍了战术C~3I的体系、结构,并阐明了陆、海、空三军的应用特点。最后,指出了C~3I系统的发展方向,并提出对现行C~3I体系的改进要求以及为达到这些要求所应采取的措施。
This article presents an overview of the development and development of the US military command, control, communications and intelligence (C ~ 3I) system that has been basically finalized. Combined with the characteristics of modern warfare, the status, role and significance of tactical C ~ 3I system in modern warfare are discussed. Taking Air Force C ~ 3I as an example, this paper introduces the system and structure of tactics C ~ 3I, and expounds the application characteristics of the three armed forces in land, sea and air. Finally, the development direction of C ~ 3I system is pointed out, and the improvement requirements of the current C ~ 3I system and the measures to be taken to meet these requirements are put forward.
