引人注目的是,2008年政府工作报告中,无论是五年来的民生成就,还是今年的改善民生部署,都让百姓有发自内心的共鸣。在成就中,从五年来全国财政各项民生支出的大幅增长,到所做的桩桩件件实事,让人感喟。在部署中,从要干的大量实事,到不断增加的民生支出,令人欣慰。具体的账目,在2008年财政部的预算报告中则有更详实的安排。
What attracts people’s attention is that in the 2008 government work report, whether it is the people’s livelihood achievements in the past five years or the improvement of people’s livelihood deployment this year, people all share the same heartfelt sympathy. In its achievements, it has made people feel that the substantial increase in public spending on public finances in the past five years has gone through the actual work of piling. We are very much gratified by the large number of actual tasks to be done and the ever-increasing spending on livelihood during the deployment.
