杨××,男,25岁,工人.住院号:103809.患者3小时前于酒后骑摩托车摔伤头、口腔及颌面部入院.体格检查:全身除面部数处擦伤外未见其它异常.口腔情况:4|-5龈唇沟粘膜撕脱,下颌骨暴露,创面内有泥沙污物,左侧舌体中线外约1cm处全层撕脱离体,边缘不整齐,离体部分舌呈暗紫色.残舌创面内有少许渗血及较多泥沙、异物.入院后在局麻下行舌及龈唇粘膜清创缝合术,
