目前,我国在建设中小跨径的公路桥梁时广泛的应用预应力小箱梁桥,因为小箱梁具有具建造简单、施工比较容易、加上其对地质地基承载能力要求较低等优点。在小箱梁的建设中,一般要让施工的工期缩短、造价降到最低,这就要求小箱梁建设时以预制装配的形式为主。现阶段,在小箱梁的运行使用中,经常发生车辆超载,减少了桥梁的利用寿命。本文对洪湾枢纽互通立交二期工程的预应力小箱梁进行了静载试验,就是测试小箱梁在荷载作用下其的工作性能,在试验的过程中运用了混凝土试块加载的方法,检验了小箱梁体的应力和挠度及对裂缝的观察,并和小箱梁的理论值相比较和研究,根据公路钢筋混凝土的设计规定,检验该预应力小箱梁设计的先进行和正确性。
