目的探讨口服三相避孕片对人工流产术后出血及月经恢复的影响。方法将采用超导可视设备,负压吸引加刮宫人工流产术后的按期随访患者分为治疗组320例,对照组346例。治疗组口服避孕药、抗生素及产妇安合剂;对照组口服抗生素及产妇安合剂。观察记录子宫恢复情况、出血时间、出血量、第1次月经复潮时间及月经量、有无闭经情况等。结果人流后口服三相避孕药组比对照组的阴道出血时间有明显缩短,出血量有明显减少,月经恢复早,再次妊娠率低,P<0.05,两组之间有显著性差异。结论人工流产术后口服避孕药,即可起到避孕作用,又可改善月经恢复期,值得提倡。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral three-phase contraceptive tablets on hemorrhage and menstruation recovery after induced abortion. The method will use superconducting visual equipment, vacuum suction and curettage induced abortion after follow-up of patients were divided into treatment group 320 cases, control group 346 cases. Conclusions Oral contraceptives after artificial abortion can play a role in contraception, but also improve the recovery period of menstruation, which is worth promoting.
