目的:探讨 P-gp、GST-π,TOPOⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法研究了 P-gp、GST-π,TOPOⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果:P-gp、GST-π在胃癌组织中的表达升高,表达率分别为58.2%和72.84,P-gp 的高表达与淋巴结转移、癌肿浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。GST-π,的高表达与细胞分化程度有关(P<0.05)。TOPOⅡ在胃癌组织中的表达降低,表达率为61.73%,TOPOⅡ的表达降低与临床病理参数无关(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中存在着 P-gp、GST-π,TOPOⅡ表达水平的变化,临床检测 P-gp、GST-π,TOPOⅡ对胃癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要的指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of P-gp, GST-π, and TOPO II in gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of P-gp, GST-π, and TOPOII in gastric cancer tissues was studied by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The expression of P-gp and GST-π in gastric cancer tissues increased, the expression rates were 58.2% and 72.84, respectively. The high expression of P-gp was related to lymph node metastasis and tumor invasion depth (P<0.05). The high expression of GST-π was related to the degree of cell differentiation (P<0.05). The expression of TOPOII was decreased in gastric cancer tissues, the expression rate was 61.73%. The decrease of TOPOII expression was not associated with clinical pathological parameters (P>0.05). Conclusions: The expression levels of P-gp, GST-π, and TOPO II in gastric cancer tissues are changed. Clinical tests P-gp, GST-π, and TOPO II are important guideline for the development of gastric cancer chemotherapy and prognosis.
