高职院校工商管理专业学生的职业核心能力培养是当前职业教育开展的基本方向。如今的职业教育已经由片面追求职业技能的提高转变为重视对学生的人文关怀,以使其能够更好的在社会建设中发挥作用。本文对为推进高职教育与社会对人才需求相融合,创造出完整衔接、富有特色、能够进行动态化调整的高职职业核心能力培养模式,塑造大学生职业核心能力的新常态进行了有益探索和研究。
The vocational core competence training of business administration students in higher vocational colleges is the basic direction of current vocational education.
