一、前言转炉复合吹炼炼钢技术,由于其具有良好的冶金效果而被国内外冶金企业广泛采用。目前大部分有关复合吹炼冶金反应的研究集中于吹炼终点范围,本文从过程冶金反应的角度对复合吹炼技术的若干问题加以探讨。太原钢铁公司第二炼钢厂50t氧气顶吹转炉1984年改造为复吹转炉,底部采用环缝式喷嘴供气,冶炼过程中吹入N_2气,终点前切换成Ar气。底部供气压力为4~6kg/cm~2,供气强度为0.01~0.3Nm~3/tmin。铁水成分
I. INTRODUCTION BOF compound blowing steelmaking technology has been widely adopted by domestic and foreign metallurgical enterprises due to its good metallurgical effect. At present, most researches on the compound blowing metallurgy reaction focus on the range of blowing end point. In this paper, some problems of compound blowing technology are discussed from the perspective of metallurgical reaction process. In the second steelmaking plant of Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the 50t oxygen top-blown converter was transformed into a composite blown converter in 1984 with a gashotor nozzle on the bottom for supplying gas. N_2 gas was blown into the smelting process and Ar gas was switched to before the ending point. Bottom gas pressure is 4 ~ 6kg / cm ~ 2, gas supply intensity is 0.01 ~ 0.3Nm ~ 3 / tmin. Hot metal composition
