一种新型管道热敷涂层近期已在北美洲开发成功并获得应用。工厂预制的新型多层涂层体系由热活化底漆、交联热塑性弹性体中间层和熔融聚烯烃外层构成。在涂敷过程中,由于三层组分之间的相互作用而产生叠加效应,施工时的热又可引发界面的反应,从而形成完全熔为一体的涂层结构,产生一强大的化学和机械粘接力,使涂层整体性能最优。试验室评价及现场应用结果表明,这一新型热熔涂层体系性能优异。
A new pipeline thermal coating has recently been developed and applied in North America. The factory prefabricated new multi-layer coating system consists of a heat-activated primer, a cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer interlayer and a melted polyolefin outer layer. During the coating process, due to the superposition effect caused by the interaction between the three components, the heat during construction can initiate the interface reaction to form a completely fused coating structure, resulting in a strong chemical and mechanical Adhesion, the coating the best overall performance. Laboratory evaluation and field application results show that the new hot-melt coating system has excellent performance.
