辐板是载重汽车、轮式工程机械有内胎和无内胎车轮的重要配件,主要作用是将轮辋和车桥联接在一起,并起支撑轮辋作用。原来是采用普通车床对辐板毛坯进行车削加工得到所需尺寸要求,人工装卸工件,劳动强度大、效率低、产量低,产品尺寸不稳定。必须设计制造加工效率高、尺寸稳定性好的专用自动化机床来加工。重点对所设计制造的专用机床的总体机械结构进行论述,相信对研制同类型的专用机床具有一定的参考价值。
