为观察香砂六君子汤加味配合多瑞吉治疗晚期癌痛的临床疗效,将 82例晚期癌痛患者随机分为 2组,观察组 42例和对照组 40例均用芬太尼透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)止痛治疗,观察组在此基础上加服加味香砂六君子汤。观察用药 15天后疼痛强度、不良反应及生活质量等指标。结果:观察组在镇痛效果、不良反应及提高生活质量等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示:香砂六君子汤加味可加强多瑞吉对于晚期癌症的止痛作用。
In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Duorigi in the treatment of advanced cancer pain, 82 patients with advanced cancer pain were randomly divided into 2 groups. 42 cases in observation group and 40 cases in control group were treated with fentanyl transdermal patch Agent (Doric) analgesic treatment, the observation group on the basis of this service plus flavored incense sand Liujunzi soup. Observed 15 days after treatment pain intensity, adverse reactions and quality of life and other indicators. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in analgesic effect, adverse reaction and quality of life (P <0.05). Tip: Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can enhance Doric for the analgesic effect of advanced cancer.
