一、企业和产业竞争力的实质是一个产业组织问题随着市场经济的建立,特别是对外开放的日益扩大,人们越来越清楚地认识到,提高企业和产业竞争力是强国之本。中国未来的经济发展,实际上就是不断增强企业和产业竞争力的过程。所以,从中长期看,企业和产业的竞争力,已经成为中国工业化和现代化的决定性因素,成为中国产业经济的核心问题。企业竞争力,是一企业能够长期地以比其他企业(或竞争对手)更有效的方式,提供市场所需要的产品和服务的能力。一国某产业的主要企业(或多数企业)所具有的竞争力水平,决定了该国该产业的产业竞争力水平。因此,
