1.原料处理 利用纯稻草栽培大球盖菇,以中、晚稻草为优。因其草茎质地较粗硬,产菇期长,产量也较高。要选用当年、干透、新鲜无霉变的稻草。 培养料配方:稻草70％、麦麸或米糠10％、玉米粉5％、石膏粉2％、过磷酸钙1％、石灰粉2％、菜园土10％,含水量70％～75％,pH值6～6.5。
