用传统的密度梯度方法纯化病毒不仅耗时,繁琐而且获得的存活病毒量很低。本文报道了一种用超滤法从培养上清液中一步浓缩Moloney鼠白血病病毒突变株(tsl)的技术,使病毒存活力大为增加。
The purification of the virus by the traditional density gradient method is not only time-consuming and cumbersome but also results in very low survival virus. In this paper, we reported a technique of ultrafiltration for the one-step concentration of Moloney murine leukemia virus mutant (tsl) from culture supernatants, resulting in a dramatic increase in viral viability.
